I've worked with the team at dancing lion in Bahrain, Kuwait and India. They are consummate professionals and highly talented Learning & Development consultants. In India they led an L&D strand on a large and complex telco contact centre build for a national 4G network provider. Their strand lead, Steve Shellabear devised the L&D strategy, designed all the core training programme for advisors, team leaders and managers, as well the accreditation and ongoing governance framework. He led a team of three and performed a number of leadership roles for me on the project at various points. The first two phases of the project took 14 months to deliver under demanding circumstances. I have been working successfully with dancing lion now for a number of years across many parts of our business. They have delivered some excellent training modules developed specifically for us,on a range of subjects including a programme we called 'Face2Face' - Customer Service Skills for our 200 strong technician workforce here in GB.
