• worst customer service ever

  Used to eat in this restaraunt when it was the Rainbow always excellent. Now tend to get a take away delivered and was a regular customer. We ordered nearly 40 quids worth of chinese one item was crispy duck. We had soup to start and when we went to eat out duck there were no pancakes. I telephoned to advise and was basically called a liar as the orders are checked twice. I was rather shocked at their attitude I then asked for a discount next time we ordered and was told blunt no. She said if we hadnt eaten the duck we coul have a refund.I told them we would not be ordering from them again if this was there level of customer service, and the girl on the other end just kept shouting are you threatening me I was at no time imtidating or threatening and had witnesses I was rather upset by her attitude towards a regular customer. The whole episode put us all of our meal and we decided that we would request a full refund when the driver arrived, minus the soup of course. no driver arrived the guests left. My husband and I returned the food to the restaraunt the next day to speak to the manager, well I was shocked at the state of what was once a beutiful restaraunt it was shabby and filthy, with not a single customer not surprising. When I said I had come to complain and return the food the attitude of the staff became very hostile. They still didnt believe the pancakes were missing and no way were we getting a refund. We left the food behind with a vow to never order food from there again. We eat out or get takeaways regularly and this one is definately the worst yet in Milton Keynes
