About Us

I use an energy healing technique called Quantum-Touch, which is fairly new to the UK, and I combine this with my other therapies - Aromatherapy, Oriental Face Massage and Thai Foot Massage, to enhance the treatment. Although I work from a therapy centre, I teach baby massage to groups of mothers in their own homes, days and times to fit in with them. There is a free aromatherapy back massage session for the mum that hosts the class.

1-hour treatment New to the UK, Quantum-Touch® is a powerful healing technique that can profoundly accelerate the body's own healing response. The body has an extraordinary ability to heal itself & Quantum-Touch® helps to activate this process by using life force energy. It works very well with physical and emotional issues, and is especially good at relieving pain, inflammation and tension. I concentrate on the area of pain or trauma by gently placing my hands. It is usually combined with the other therapies that I offer. Quantum Aromatherapy (combined with Quantum-Touch®) 1-hour treatment Using essential oils, combined with massage to treat the whole person - mind, emotions, body and spirit, this massage is tailored to the needs of the individual, releasing physical and mental tension and detoxifying the body. It helps to dissolve deep-seated pain and balance the energy centres. (A massage chair or bed is used for this). It is a gentle and relaxing treatment, perfect to help you feel pampered and stress-free. Oriental Face Massage 1-hour treatment This involves the use of facial massage techniques, to act as a natural face-lift. It is a unique blend of highly effective techniques from Indian Face Massage (facial rejuvenation) with complementary techniques from Japanese facial massage. Without the need for surgery, look and feel younger, refreshed, relaxed and nurtured! Thai Foot Massage 1-hour treatment The ultimate therapeutic massage for feet, legs and hands, excellent for relieving stress and promoting relaxation. Also great for general well-being. This relaxing, yet highly effective massage has been practised in Thailand for over 3,000 years. Some of the benefits are: improves circulation in the legs and hands stimulates lymphatic drainage helps to remove toxins boosts and strengthens the immune system reduces stiffness and improves flexibility It also helps to relieve stress, insomnia and mental tiredness. Infant Massage Mums (and dads) massage their babies whilst being guided through a step-by-step massage routine, which uses a carefully balanced combination of Swedish, Indian and Reflexology techniques. Every parent receives individual attention to any special needs and guidance is provided on how massage can be adapted to the growing child. Some of the benefits are: improves communication between parent and baby helps to calm baby's emotions and relieve stress soothes babies and helps them to sleep better helps babies to develop awareness of their bodies aids digestion and help to relieve colic, wind and constipation helps develop muscle tone, co-ordination and suppleness regulates breathing and relieves nasal congestion. The International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) has developed this unique and special course that is now taught in over 25 countries.
