I have not got the time or energy to list all the problems we had with this awful company but here is a brief summary: -They promised us that they dont use sub contractors and that they have all their own staff. NOT TRUE An engineer from the company MR Electric turned up. -They dug the footings for our conservatory and then nothing happend for 8 weeks when we were told it would be finished in 8 weeks. Total build time turned out to be 4 months! -They quoted one price then tried to add another £2000 when they made a mistake, when we refused to pay they with held all our ceritificates and guarantees. -The electrician they used was not certified so we can not get electrical safety certs. All in all it is an expereince we would never wish to repeat, the final build needed many adjustments to get it right and even now we have problems with the tiles they layed being uneven and the lawn flooding due to the drainage they dug not being big enough. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
