Excellent & professional service

The reason I went to see Emily Heale at the Hypnotherapy Practice is a personal one so I won�t go into details, but I�d just like to recommend Emily to anyone considering consulting a hypnotherapist. The kind of therapy she offers is unusual and I was grateful to find someone in my area that does it. It took a fair number of sessions to get there, but when we did boy was it worth it!! :) A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

De-stressing/relaxation by suggestion.

Emily Heale has helped me to cope by de-stressing and relaxing me. I can now control any feelings of anxiety or stress as soon as I recognise the "early warning signs." I now find that I am able to deal confidently with stressful situations, whether at work or in my private life. Friends, family and acquaintances have noticed the marked improvement in my general attitude and temperament, whether it is a really important issue or merely being caught up in traffic with a dealine looming - I find that by remembering Emilys advice and counselling I am in control. I feel that my brain has been unscrambled, I have an uninterupted nights sleep and a general feeling of well being. It is like having my "old self" back. I would recommend Emily to everybody.
