  I would just like to say that i have found this company to be fantastic. I had a very nice gentleman come and give me all the information i needed, he was very professional, polite & informative. He went away, designed my kitchen, and came back to me with hos design which was better than i expected. The job was completed on time with no problems what so ever. I was kept upto date with what was happening and the fitters where great, not a simgle problem. The new manager & new designer have done a great job. Keep up the good work. I look forward to my new bathroom soon.

  Quote designed by inexperienced owner at the time - - contained poor advice - over simplistic - actual job turned out to be more complex - Poor to non-existant project management - some extremely poor and occasionally dangerous workmanship (sharp tile edges, incorrect wiring) - a 5 day job took 5 weeks - failure so far to pay for completion of work outside of time deadline - failure to return deposit on other bathroom (pulled job when ralised how bad they were) - faulure to pay for poor workmanship to be put right - empty financial promises made just prior to change of onwership knowing promise would not have to be honoured BUYER BEWARE!!! <P>
