  it is 17.45 and my post has just arrived. what sort of service is this? 2 of the letters were for my son who left home this morning. this is a disgusting service and i await a answer to this. as these letters were franked i know have to pay to forward these and expect compensation for this. i was not allowed to send this e mail without a rating and find it totally unacceptable to even give it one star.

  I think it speaks volumes for Customer Service at the Post Office - I have just searched for the last 15mins for an actual number to ring with my post-related query. Local post offices redirect to Sorting Office - who then have an answering service only taking messages for "re-deliveries". Nothing to do with general queries/other matters (!) Bizarre and unhelpful
