Lovely pub
With Milton Keynes being such a new place, it is really worth searching out the old pubs that lie hidden within the city. And the Old Swan is worth seeking out. The building is the perfect pub building - centuries old and with lots of nooks and crannies to hide in with your beer. Note that people over 6' tall may get a cricked neck ater an evening there. The food is variable (usually decent enough), but not especially good value. Biggest niggle - it always seems to be understaffed. Expect to be standing at the bar for a while...
