My wonderful husband Terry died the 25th May, 2007, David and his team at the Winslow, were kind, sensitive, very professional and most importantly for me preserved my husbands dignity, with all there actions. It helped enormously at a very sad time that they showed compassion and Terrry was not just another number, everything that i asked including bringing Terry home the day before the funeral, (which was a sunday) my family also wanted to carry Terry into church and David very kindly gave instructions to the pallbearers on what to do and supervised them all, in such a way it was very safe but organised. I can not say thankyou enough to all of them, there service is was truly excellent madeline carroll
