  • 1 Terrible - Equisense Silsoe

    It's been 3 months since taking 2 rugs in to be repaired and they have not called me once. I have had to chase and chase with excuse after excuse. Rug repair is a sub-con business, but they do not manage the service at all.. just expect you to grin and bear the terrible service. I wonder if they would accept this kind of treatment? I will phone again today probably to be told they are on holiday or that i will be called back tomorrow. Not recomended, even remotely.
