This weekend Saturday 12th September I have the next Eye to Eye Collective event. A exceptional selection of fine artists and designer makers will be joining me at The Cruck Barn, City Discover Centre, on Bradwell Abbey in Milton Keynes.This heritage site is a new venue for Eye to Eye Collective and we're hoping for good visitor numbers, as the site itself offers other points of interest as well as the opportunity to see some unique and beautiful art by regional artists.All the artists will be on hand to talk about their work and many are happy to discuss work by commission.Well worth a visit!Next opportunity to see work by Eye to Eye Collective in Milton Keynes will be at AIM Gallery on Midusmmer Blvd, opposite Waitrose from late November. An excellent venue which will showcase artists who have exhibited with Eye to Eye Collective to date.

As March approaches, I'm getting ready for the first run of FG Courses for 2009.This year I'm offering a wide range of art experience at my cosy studio in Milton Keynes. If you are interested in developing your artistic skills in drawing for example, or would like to learn a new skill, such as print making, pleasetake a look at my website to downlad a courses leaflet: http://feathergraphics.co.uk/courseshome.htmlOn March 14th I’ll have new textiles and prints to sell at Broughton Manor School’s Spring Fair (11am - 3pm)April 11th sees the 2nd Eclectic Arts Market take place at The United Reform Church Hall in Newport Pagnell, main focus of work I’ll have on offer will be textiles and accessories to wear, but there will also be original cards and some prints in the browser.On May 16th I have the first Eye to Eye Collective event of 2009 opening at the Cross & Stable Church on Downs Barn in MK (MK14 7RZ, off V9) This event showcases some of the best artists and designer makers from the region. The venue is airy and welcoming and good parking can be found close by. The event is open from 1pm - 6pm. Most of the work on display is unique, so come early to have the widest choice. Some of the artists offer commissions, come and see what’s on offer.After that I’m working on the final preparations for gallery exhibitions through June to August:30 June - 17 July The Subway Gallery, Queens Park Arts Centre, Aylesbury: PrintsAugust 1st - 30th The Three Hares Gallery, Olney, Bucks: Textiles and Photography, join exhibition of Photography by my husband Stephen and myself and complimentary textiles work.If you plan to call into any of these events, please let me know, or introduce yourself.I look forward to meeting you.
