• Best little Library in MK

  This Library is one of the smaller Libraries dotted around Milton Keynes - it is hidden away off the main shopping square at Westcroft. The staff are friendly and very helpful and always willing to help you find the book you want and suggest others that you may like. The opening hours of this library take a bit of getting used to as it is usually just a few hours a day - sometimes AM, sometimes PM - but it is open on Sundays (and closed on Mondays). This library is able to draw on the book collections from around the whole of Milton Keynes and so is able to offer a range and choice that is unsurpassed at many of the smaller Libraries I have used outside of MK over the years. They have all of the normal things we've come to expect at a Library - books, CDs, DVDs, and also Internet access with printing too. Add to this the excellent on-line reservation and search system from home over the internet and you have a winning team. Long may the British public lending library system live and may it go from strength to strength.
