• WORK OUTSTANDING - DO NOT USE

  The company have taken our money (theft) given the work outstanding:- 1. 8 windows have locks that do not work and some windows are not engaged at the bottom thus do not lock properly. 2. Conservatory has glass which is too short and drainage fills with water. 3. Plastering carried out by Windowcraft is so cracked it needs to be redone. Skirting fitted is the wrong size and will now cost us to re do the rest of the downstairs. 4. No paperwork has been recieved to show FENSA approved for the bay windows or for electrical work paid for through Windowcraft. If you use this company be prepared to contact Watch Dog and Local Radio to try and get resolved (WE ARE DOING THIS NOW)

• Appalling after sales service

  We had new windows installed last year. We have some outstanding issues that we have been trying to get resolved for over 10 months now. The company are extremely difficult to contact, never return callls or e-mails and make promises that they do not keep. We would not recommend this company at all.

• Difficult to contact

  The company installed windows last year. We have a number of outstanding issues with them and have been trying to get them resolved for 10 months. They are extremely difficult to contact and keep making promises that they don't keep. We would not recommend this company.
