My mother and I have been visiting Elaine's for over 10 years . All of the staff are most helpful and nothing has been too much trouble , and we have always been delighted with how our hair has been cut or coloured . A lovely friendly atmosphere as well !

Is a darn good hairdresser and that's what I've found. I moved to MK from Nottingham and a girl needs a good nail salon and a good hairdresser, I've finally found a traditional friendly hairdresser - Elaine and her team are simply the best Iwont consider using anyone else!

My hair needs to cope with being smart for business and being drenched or flattened under a helmet when I take part in sports. For ten years Elaine has cut my hair in styles which behave well when I'm active and which are not too severe when I wear a business suit. And with a good cut it doesn't take much effort to look after.

My Mum and I had been let down by our usual hairdresser - who had closed shop -without notification. When I telephone Elaine she was most helpful & arranged suitable appointments for both of us. We are both very pleased with the cut and the service we received. We were put in Wendy's capable hands, who listened to our wishes. Many thanks.

I've been going to Elaine's for around 10 years now and am pleased to recommend the service she and her staff give; it's friendly, efficient, and value for money. They listen to what style you want and don't go straight for the scissors before you're happy that your requests have been understood; and if you really only want a quarter of an inch off the fringe, that's what you get! I certainly have no plans to take my custom elsewhere.

I have been visiting Elaine's for nearly 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Previously I hated getting my hair cut at a hairdressers as I had had bad service. As soon as I walked through the door at Elaine's I knew I would be looked after and all my fears vanished. I trust them to do an excellent job, and they won't let you leave until you and they are totally happy.

Great local business. Over 12 years of living in Giffard Park I always found the friendly and professional service excellent. I have difficult hair to cut and colour and now that I have moved back to Australia I am finding it hard to find someone who can get the colour just the way I want it. I didn't realise quite how good a service it was at Giffard Park!

Elaine and her friendly bunch of professionals are great with men's hair too. Somehow they manage to make me feel at home in what I would regard as a 'ladies salon'. The cut is excellent, with refreshments to go with it. This is a place where "everybody knows your name...and you're always glad you came" (to quote a song).

A friend of my dughter's recommended Elaine's Hairdressing Salon to us about 8 or 9 years ago. My husband and I have always had our hair cut and styled there since (I've had mine coloured, too) and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. We have an hour's bus journey there and back to our home so she has to be good for us to do that. Our daughter now lives in Paris but whenever she comes home to visit us, she phones Elaine's to have her hair cut. We recommend her very highly and would also mention how friendly Elaine and her staff are. It's like visiting friends with a really professional hair do into the bargain.

I was not happy with the service from my old hairdresser so thought I would try out Elaines. I have been extremely happy with the result and would recommend her to all. The staff are all friendly and always have time, do not rush you and make sure that you are completely satisfied with the end result.
