Unreliable - Weekend hire of floor tile stripper never materialised

After completing the on-line reserve, I got an email advising someone would be in contact. No call was received. In the end I called them. I was told that the floor tile stripper wasn't in, but would be in on the Saturday and could collect from 08:00. Arrived Saturday at 10:30 to be told it wasn't there, but I could collect from Luton. Talk about HSS making their incompetence my problem. Ended up stripping the tiles by hand.... NICE. Thanks HSS for nothing.
