About Us

Brief description

Catering for all occasions from a Finger Buffet to a Provence Style Banquet. 'Large enough to cope, small enough to care' Benedickters specialise a wide variety of catering incorporating hand made canapes to decorated chaud froid dishes to the more traditional buffets and hot meals. Established in 1992 we are a family run business with owner and chef Peter Benedickter having trained at the Cafe Royal Regent Street, London and progressing onto Gleneagles hotel. Peter likes to ensure that all our food is freshly prepared on our premises and only using the highest quality produce sourced locally where possible. Our kitchens are situated in Luton and Milton Keynes which enables us to be central to cater for Herts, Beds, Bucks and surrounding areas reaching as far as Watford & London. All of our culinery staff are competent & professional and are qualified in city & guilds NVQ or equivalent. We offer Silver Service waiting staff on all our hot meals and work on a ratio of approximately 1:12 basis. Benedickters are happy to work alongside with our customers with any personal preferances they may have.
