    I had the misfortune of having my washing machine break down over Christmas. I called two companies, Pear Repair and one other. Pear Repair was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in comparison to the other company who I am still waiting for to turn up. The Pear Repair technician came out to see me the same evening, fixed my machine quickly, cleaned up after himself afterwards and gave me a freebie as well! I will use no other company again.
