Hand making from a game to a business

I was producing handmade things since I was a child. Any child does, of course, and the process of doing something yourself is always so rewarding. I was brought up with traditional customs and in a family where women spent their spare time doing nice things for the family such as embroidered kitchen towels, bedlinen and crochet doilies.My grandmother got me started in sewing, she knew I was keen on learning and she guided my hand over the sewing machine, suggesting the best ways not to get caught by the needle.How many Sunday mornings I spent at the sewing machine, designing new clothes for my "barbie doll", always looking nice and not perfect!!I only understood why the trousers couldn't be made just joining two long cilinders when I went for my dressmaking course later on, I was 27.Here I am, continuing to sew and crochet for business, and happy to support anyone interested in learning and getting things done.Happy hand-making to all!!
