Wreath, 4' casket spray & 'DAD' display
Afraid I considered both the wreath & 4' casket spray to be somewhat 'sparse'. Oasis could clearly be seen in both displays through all the gaps, poor coverage. As the wreath was £50 & the casket spray £150 we weren't massively impressed. The 'DAD' lettering display was beautiful though. However, a phone call from Carolannes on the morning of the funeral indicated confusion with floral card tributes. It seems a relative had handed in a tribute card to the shop at some point. Clear instruction that this card did NOT belong on any of the 3 floral displays that WE had ordered & paid for were not adhered to. Therefore this tribute card ended up on the £150 'DAD' display with the author of said card contributing NOTHING to the expensive cost. Not happy but unwilling to cause a scene at the funeral. Would suggest Carolanne take instruction only for the bill payer in future.

Professional, prompt, courtious and helpful beyond means. I have never had a complaint about their bouquets, christmas arrangements and funeral flowers. I have ordered them all from them. I would definatly reccomend them to my friends.
