ZERO rating total lack of ownership leadership and communication. Lost paper work(2wks secretary had filed them and told no one) no chasing after documents(10wks knowing there was a 4wk+ leeway) Asked the same question 4 times over a 2 wk period even though they had the answer written down in the pack in the office told them to proceed before going on holiday only to get phone calls and emails asking the same question If you are planning on moving this yr then look else where or you will have to wait 16wks. Spoke to Manager re complaint told me he would come back to me 48hrs later no response so went down complaints procedure - now taking it to ombudsman Complaints procedure ?? waited 21 days for a reply on our queries as per the company policy no answers re raised points then asked if they wanted me to look into these again and what wait another 21 days. no response from todays email so looks like the ombudsman to get this sorted Also told when asked if i could write a review sorry we dont post negative ones - looking at the reviews on the web no one has done one for 12 months??? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
