Poor after sales service
Recently purchased a large conservatory. Price was excellent and finish was good but after sales service is asolutely non existant. Roof leaked and have arranged for fitters to call to fix it 3 times now, who didn't show on each occasion with no contact from Homesure. Chased each time but was given vague excuses and promised phone backs which didn't happen. I now have damage to the plastered wall because the roof has been leaking for so long. Considering my next action? May need to take it to the small claims court. Would not recommend this company purely for the bad after sales service, which is a shame because our experience up to this point was good. Perhaps they were wearing cowboy hats all along and we just didn't notice them!!!
